When you Autofocus with an OAG it usually messes up guiding (but you can try it).
If so, there's an option in Focus to suspend guiding during Autofocus.
Recently changed my setup to OAG but did not realise that the guiding images are indeed also not sharp during focusing.

Thanks for the feedback.
Have tried some suggestions but have come to the conclusion that after a complete restart of Kstars & Ekos all settings are back to default.
Is it a big job to enable custom CCDs?
I often use this functionality to find objects and see how they will appear on the camera.

This has probably been asked before, but the search function didn't give me a valid answer.

After changing the CCD resolution and pixel size, how can I save these settings so they remain next time Ekos/Indi has been started?
Tried already to save the configuration but that didn't work.
I promised to post an update after effectively using the full Windows setup during a few clear nights, so here it is:

Are you sure that your settings on the mount & Ekos are the same or at least approximately after (polar) alignment?
Please check after (polar) alignment:
- Location correct set in mount & Kstars ?
- Time concurrent/synced in mount & Kstars ?
- Coordinates parallel in mount & Kstars ?
