Hi Jasem
I've made a few ones in french, since many of us here in France speak... french
I intend to do more, i think the next one will be to show Kstars/Ekos running on windows, with a Rpi acting as server.
This question comes really often in our forums ...

Great idea! I've been hoping for updates. Maybe remove the old videos too. I think the videos up to now have been pretty good. Best to keep them short and sweet but address the potential trip ups - for example, the park position of the mount needs to be saved to the config. So start from scratch - clean computer, clean Kstars (no previous preferences) when doing to video so you see the trip ups when doing the video. And don't assume the person has an observatory. Do you're own clean setup of a scope system like HEQ5, for example.
EDIT: I guess my interest is mostly AP as you may have guessed

Yes this is the intention, will try to cover all aspects in small short videos. Btw, I am still looking into your issue but didn't have time to investigate it fully.
1. Park setting, usage
There is no connection with moving observation or veranda observation.
Maintaining the default value may destroy the device, so I would like to know how to set it correctly.
2. About alignment of mount
I heard that we are currently working on revisions, but since it is the most commonly used feature, I would like to know more information after correction.
3.SOLVER setting
Although it is a convenient function, it is difficult to set additional information such as setting options and installing, so want to know details.
- object management in kstars (asteroid, comet)
- how to retrieve an object
- how to add a missing object (I tried with asteroid 2012 TC4 and unfortunately failed)
- how to interact with object, observation, log
thank you
