Dear all,
I am struggling to get any further than this (see screen capture) !
Any advice, suggestions, help (other than trash everything and get some proper kit) would be much appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Dear all,
Please excuse the quasi absolute beginner I am for my probable ill formulated question.
Despite having searched for answers here and elsewhere, I still do not know if my equatorial goto mounts are fully compatible with a RPi4 with StellarMate ?
My primary mount is a Bresser Exos-2 (not the Explore Scientific version or their PMC-8 upgraded version) and my secondary mount (soon to be retired I'm afraid, so of lesser importance) is a Meade LXD75.

Thanks in advance for all your help.
Best,
PO

Thank you so much for the prompt and straightforward reply.
I must admit that my prior search for answers had led me to expect something rather more convoluted because of all the ES vs. BRESSER not-quite-the-same-thing situation.

Again thanks a bunch.

  • About me
I'm an expert in quantitative photonic microscopy but very much a beginner in astrophotography (reflex camera + manual mount setup + simple tracking on a goto mount). I now would like to pilot my setup via a RPi4 + Stellarmate but need to know if my hardware is compatible.
