I've been unable to make a correct dark library with my astroberry using 2xbin on my 178MC. I traced it down to the binx2 image not being the right width.
Here's the log:
23:59:36.232 00.003 3015307280 DarkLib check: failed geometry check - fits status = 0, cam dimensions = {1548,1040}, dark dimensions = {1544,1040}
The camera resolution is 3096x2080 so binx2 should be 1548,1040, not 1544,1040. I tried using ekos to directly take bin x 2 images and it also shows up with the wrong width image. Because of this I can't create a dark library using binning x 2.
This comes from zwo sdk that imposes capture size being a multiple of 8, which is not the case for the binned full frame.
For phd2, this problem has been solved in latest builds: It now accomodates to the resolution change when using dark lib
