Hi All
Firstly let me say I really enjoyed the interview with the Dev team on you tube www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeesaWU3wLo&t=2895s it was really insightful
I have started using the analyze model a lot more, thanks Hy Murveit, and I wanted to know if it would be possible to put some of the data from this into the fit files, I think specifically the guiding RMS would be really useful as you can then query that with something like astropy to reject frames even before the stacking process.
I pulled the indi core and indi 3rd parry from git, built and deployed them both and now everything seems to be working correctly.
thanks @nou for the pointer.

Thanks yea was wondering if the new sdk was not the issue.
Any tips on how i can check ?

One more piece of feedback I rolled the indi_asi_ccd driver back to the one built on the 27 of April and now it works.
So right now i have the latest filter wheel driver and an older ccd driver.
Happy to test if there is a driver update.

[2021-07-13T17:16:34.228 SAST CRIT ][ org.kde.kstars.indi] - INDI driver "indi_asi_ccd" crashed!
Hi all
I just upgraded form a DSLR to a ASI camera guide scope and filter wheel.
I am on 64 bit Kubuntu 20.04
I was on a slightly older version of indi and plugged everything in and the camera and guider connect but not the filter wheel.
I then upgraded inid ekos /kstars to the latest, sudo apt-get install indi-full kstars-bleeding
Now the filter wheel is fine but the camera driver crashes as soon as I connect. I have tried just the camera , alone with no guide camera and visa versa noting it just consistently crashes now.

Hi Team
I have successfully installed KSTARS bleeding on Ubuntu 20.10 ARM but looking through the PPA ,
Here
, I see there is no GSC so when running "sudo apt-get install gsc" I get the "Unable to locate package gsc" ERROR.
@jasem, is there any way you could add GSC for 20.10 ARM to the PPA ?
Regard
Cliff

Hi Jasem
Thanks for the response.
I did the experiment after syncing with a star east of the meridian and all the reverse checks off in the mount control.
The RA value increase with a West button press.
Full debug logs and before and after screenshots are attached below.
Hi
Firstly I want to say I just discovered K stars and EKOS after a few years off from Astro photography and it is simply amazing !
I have and Takahashi EM200 Temma 2 mount and am in the southern hemisphere, When doing a polar alignment the mount slews in the wrong way,
similarly to this issue on the forum
I have simulated being in the north and southern hemispheres and choosing west and east and the mount always slews in the wrong direction, so the issues does not seem to be which hemesphere the mount is in.
I also toggled the mount reverse options in the "mount control" dialog but this has no effect.
Below are the lo files for the simulations and an extract form the error.
And help would be appreciated.
