Problem is that the panels are too large for my laptop screen and have no scrolling, so I cannot see the bottom of the panels. How can I make the panels smaller, please?

I'm running Kubuntu 17.04 on a Lenovo Laptop with a resolution of 1366 x 768.
The camera I'm trying to run in a ZWO asi 120MC.
