I am working on the driver and I expect to have a decent version in weeks not months. Then I submit it to indi-lib mantainer (Jasem Mutlaq) for indi-lib merging. This adds some more weeks.
I suppose your scope working in equatorial mode. If debugging does not contradict me, the alignment subsystem does not distinguish between AltAz and Equatorial, if you have at least 2 sync points.
It may be worth to try version 0.7 (indi-1.8.6)(no equatorial mode, no tracking button enabled in mount tab, but tracking can be indirectly controlled from indi main tab, option "On Set").
You can install debian/ubuntu packages of indi-1.8.6 following instructions given here

.
Thank you Fabrizio,
I will wait until it goes into the main repository - I am moving house in 6 weeks or so and will have to build a new observatory ( I just finished one at my current home!). I plan to fully automate it with roof motor, AAG Cloudwatcher etc. I was going to do this at my currrent observatory but we bought a new house in a much darker sky. I am happy to wait for completion of the driver.....
Really appreciate your efforts, the driver will convert my equatorial wedge mounted CPC925 into an imaging machine that can run alone..
