Cant select local solver

Cant select local solver was created by David Rankin

I followed the instructions to get the local astrometry.net solver going, but selecting "local" is not an option for me? I have moved all of the index files i need to the /usr/share/astrometry folder.

Yes, I followed the instructions here: www.indilib.org/about/ekos/alignment-module.html

Have rebooted everything. The offline is not an option I can choose.

My client side is windows 10, I have astrometry.net installed on it. The server side is running the unbuntu mate latest version.

WhenI run that command on the RP3, I get this:

astrometry.net is already the newest version (0.67+dfsg-1).

If you want to use astrometry.net on the RPI3, then you need to select Remote mode, but for this to work, you need to select Astrometry driver in your equipment profile from the Auxiliary dropdown.

Make sure your telescope focal length setting is correct, this is usually the biggest culprit. Also, try to check the logs for astrometry and see where it fails.
