How to record videos in Ekos was created by Jasem Mutlaq

So here is a short tutorial on how to do that in the capture module:



You need SER Player to play and convert SER files to something else.

This is not present in the bleeding version of Kstars yet is it? I attempted to apt-get update and upgrade and did not see any change. Reads version 2.7.3

KStars itself is updated but there are a couple of INDI packages that are still building now, so try in about an hour another PPA update.

It's odd. I still don't get the video or notification update. But I did get the DSLR Format update.

I had to do a "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" to update kstars-bleeding.
Maybe that is your issue.
