Product description
The machine is mainly applied for the filling of beverage. Integrating with washing, filling and sealing, it realizes full automation in the whole process, suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle filling of mineral water and purified water. The bottle types applicable for various parts are easily, conveniently and rapidly adjustable.
The input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable. The photoelectrical inspection of the running condition of various parts makes a higher automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal first-choice equipment of beverage manufacturers.
Rinsing Parts
The gripper is made of stainless steel, the position where hold the bottleneck is also made of stainless steel, compared with the traditional rubber gripper, it is much hygiene, durable, and no quick-wear parts, the screw parts of the bottleneck can avoid being polluted by the rubber gripper.
Filling Part
The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottleneck, the control accuracy is within 卤 2mm (subject to bottle design). The filling valve material is SUS304. The filling system has liquid level automatic control. Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck, it start to fill. Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.
Capping Part
Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

Delivery date and payment method
1. Delivery date: After the contract is effective and 30% of the total contract amount is received, the delivery is usually within 60 working days
2. Payment method: 30% of the total amount of the down payment contract is the effective date of the contract. Before the supplier ships the goods (after the buyer has inspected the goods at the supplier's site), the buyer will pay 70% of the payment, and the equipment will leave the factory. Before the suppl technician arrives at the demand side, water, electricity, gas, bottles, caps, labels and supporting facilities are in place.
Technical Services
1. Installation, commissioning
鈼?After the equipment is delivered to the user's workshop, the user should position the equipment in accordance with the provided floor plan.
鈼?The company will send experienced technicians to guide the installation, commissioning and trial production of equipment.
鈼?Our company will adjust the equipment to the design capacity within the planned time, the entire line acceptance production capacity is not less than 86% of the design capacity.
鈼?During commissioning, the company is responsible for providing corresponding spare parts and accessories free of charge. The buyer shall be responsible for the board and lodging expenses of the commissioner.
2. Staff training
鈼?Our company is responsible for providing free technical training to the buyer. The training content includes equipment structure and maintenance, equipment control and operation, etc.
鈼?Training can be carried out at the buyer鈥檚 site. Our company will appoint qualified technical personnel for guidance and formulate corresponding training programs.
